All-Inclusive Women's Retreats

An all-inclusive women’s retreat is an opportunity for women to learn how to care for their body, mind, and spiritual sustainability in their day-to-day life.

We’re all about women supporting women, and a women’s retreat is one of the best places to find this support.

What is an all-inclusive women’s retreat?

An all-inclusive women’s retreat is a time for women to get away with other women.

It’s an opportunity to connect with women and just be.

All-inclusive refers to the fact that everything is included (food, accommodations, travel—all that and more), and the fact it’s a women’s retreat means it’s all ladies.

The time spent at a retreat like this is an opportunity for women to recharge and be refreshed.

Why would you want to attend an all-inclusive women’s retreat?

Are you tired?

I don’t necessarily even mean just physically tired.

I mean tired, tired.

Tired of everyday tasks? Tired of that constant to-do list? Tired of everyone relying on you? Tired of being out of sync with yourself? Tired of not having time to do the things you love?

I mean T I R E D !

An all-inclusive women’s retreat is a time when you can just be you. You get to spend time learning more about who you are and what makes you tick.

By attending a women’s retreat, you’re intentionally committing time and energy to be present with yourself. You’ll learn more about how your everyday life may be negatively impacting you, and what changes you need to make to truly thrive.

It’s hard to be a woman.

There are so many responsibilities, and expectations plus a whole lot of pressure. When you attend an all-inclusive women’s retreat, you get to step away from your everyday life and connect with people who get it.

People who are on a similar path as you, but who have different life experiences. You get to spend time learning from each other, and just being present with no responsibilities.

Honestly, it may sound too good to be true—but it’s not.

So, what do you do at an all-inclusive women’s retreat?

This is going to be different for every retreat, so I’m going to talk about my personal experience with Rooted.

Rooted is the all-inclusive women’s retreat that I host.

During the retreat participants enjoy delicious food, soaking up the sun, being in nature, and relaxing. Then, on top of all of those amazing life luxuries, the women also get to learn about things like sound healing, guided meditations, journaling, and movement work.

The time at the retreat is intended to help women find their alignment, and learn how to maintain that alignment.

I find that women so often push their needs aside to pour into everyone around them.

This leads to burnout and inauthenticity.

If you’re constantly being everyone’s everything—how will you ever find the time to really know who you are and what you like to do?

An all-inclusive women’s retreat allows women to just be.

Just be present.

Just be themselves.

Just be.

At the retreat, women have time to socialize with each other, spend time alone, and really just recharge.

Imagine a vacation where everything is taken care of, and the planners just want you to have a good time and feel rested and rejuvenated at the end of the weekend. That’s what an all-inclusive women’s retreat is all about.

What should I expect from an all-inclusive women’s retreat?

I understand that to some people, meeting with a bunch of strangers in the desert may seem like the beginning of a scary film, but I promise it’s an opportunity for a pleasant and life-changing experience that could be just what you need to pivot.

If you attend a women’s retreat, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and understood. You’ll be connecting with people who are just like you—and who are rooting for you.

You can expect to feel rejuvenated, and to have your eyes opened to some of the things in your daily life that are holding you back. A women’s retreat may push you to set better boundaries and recognize where you’re letting yourself down in everyday life.

Expect to feel something along the lines of, “Wow, this is just what I needed.”

What happens if I want to create my own all-inclusive women’s retreat?

Go for it!

I would be thrilled if you planned a weekend getaway with a few of your girlfriends to just relax and rejuvenate. It won’t be quite the same as someone else doing all the planning and leading, but I am a firm believer that intentional time away from your daily routine can make a huge difference in your life.

If you’re going to plan your own getaway, I recommend ensuring that you’re vacationing with a purpose.

Create a plan, take time to pour into yourself, and be open to trying something you’ve never tried before (might I suggest a yoga class, guided meditation, or something similar).

If you do plan your own women’s retreat, I’d love to hear about it! Feel free to send me a dm on Instagram all about your weekend getaway.

Whether you join us on a Harvest Retreat, or plan your own women’s retreat, I hope that you return to your routine with a newfound sense of balance and an eagerness and understanding to maintain that balance.
