All-Inclusive Women's Retreats
An all-inclusive women’s retreat is an opportunity for women to learn how to care for their body, mind, and spiritual sustainability in their day-to-day life.
We’re all about women supporting women, and a women’s retreat is one of the best places to find this support.
Why would you want to attend an all-inclusive women’s retreat?
Are you tired?
I don’t necessarily even mean just physically tired.
I mean tired, tired.
Tired of everyday tasks? Tired of that constant to-do list? Tired of everyone relying on you? Tired of being out of sync with yourself? Tired of not having time to do the things you love?
I mean T I R E D !
An all-inclusive women’s retreat is a time when you can just be you. You get to spend time learning more about who you are and what makes you tick.
By attending a women’s retreat, you’re intentionally committing time and energy to be present with yourself. You’ll learn more about how your everyday life may be negatively impacting you, and what changes you need to make to truly thrive.
It’s hard to be a woman.
There are so many responsibilities, and expectations plus a whole lot of pressure. When you attend an all-inclusive women’s retreat, you get to step away from your everyday life and connect with people who get it.
People who are on a similar path as you, but who have different life experiences. You get to spend time learning from each other, and just being present with no responsibilities.
Honestly, it may sound too good to be true—but it’s not.
So, what do you do at an all-inclusive women’s retreat?
This is going to be different for every retreat, so I’m going to talk about my personal experience with Rooted.
Rooted is the all-inclusive women’s retreat that I host.
I find that women so often push their needs aside to pour into everyone around them.
This leads to burnout and inauthenticity.
If you’re constantly being everyone’s everything—how will you ever find the time to really know who you are and what you like to do?
An all-inclusive women’s retreat allows women to just be.
Just be present.
Just be themselves.
Just be.
At the retreat, women have time to socialize with each other, spend time alone, and really just recharge.
Imagine a vacation where everything is taken care of, and the planners just want you to have a good time and feel rested and rejuvenated at the end of the weekend. That’s what an all-inclusive women’s retreat is all about.
What should I expect from an all-inclusive women’s retreat?
I understand that to some people, meeting with a bunch of strangers in the desert may seem like the beginning of a scary film, but I promise it’s an opportunity for a pleasant and life-changing experience that could be just what you need to pivot.
If you attend a women’s retreat, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and understood. You’ll be connecting with people who are just like you—and who are rooting for you.
You can expect to feel rejuvenated, and to have your eyes opened to some of the things in your daily life that are holding you back. A women’s retreat may push you to set better boundaries and recognize where you’re letting yourself down in everyday life.
Expect to feel something along the lines of, “Wow, this is just what I needed.”
