  • If you and a friend want to attend Bloom together, that is amazing! You can each book your room and pay your deposit separately. Simply select the same shared room (there are two options). If you have any questions or concerns, I will always work with you to ensure you’re happy.

    If you’re coming to Bloom solo, you’re not alone! Most attendees are coming on their own. I know going on a trip with strangers can make even the most extroverted among us feel anxious, but trust me, we’re all nervous (even me)!

    Because at our core, we all want to be accepted for who we are, the real us, and for everything to go smoothly and be exactly what we hoped for.

    The good news is, we all want the same thing. Every attendee, every facilitator, and me, Dara, your host!

    If you’ve come this far and are interested in Bloom, trust me, you will be in good, like-minded company. Bloom attendees are seeking the same thing: community, clarity, and rejuvenation. We are folks who respect one another, uplift each other, and make each other comfortable. I don’t anticipate any issues arising from shared rooms, and please rest assured that there are backup plans in place.

    If you’d like to connect with your roommate prior to Bloom, we can make that happen.

  • Yes, of course! The deposit ensures you claim your ideal room. After booking, you’ll receive a custom invoice reflecting your deposit, any additional discounts, and remaining balance.

  • Yes. I want everyone to feel comfortable with the investment they’re making in themselves. The standard payment plan is four equal payments after you make your deposit. There is a small additional fee of $30 per payment. If you need to break the investment into even smaller chunks, please reach out to me directly after making your deposit. If the up-front cost is the only thing holding you back, let’s stretch it out. This won’t be the cheapest trip you’ve been on, but you are worth the investment.

  • The point of this retreat is rejuvenation. So, I want to ensure that you have everything you need to feel comfortable and at home while attending.

    Meals will be catered, and the house will be well-stocked with snacks and beverage options.

    Once you purchase your ticket, I will send a survey about your dietary preferences and restrictions, your favorite non-alcoholic beverages, and any snacks that you crave. You ask and shall receive!

  • Ah, yes, COVID. What a whirlwind these past two years have been! Even more of a reason to invest in ourselves and our futures.

    Safety, both emotional and physical, are paramount to this retreat. This is an intimate retreat; a boutique experience with limited space. The number of participants is limited to eight to help limit exposure.

    This retreat requires full vaccination & boosters to attend. In addition, proof of a negative covid test within 48 hours of the retreat start is required. We kindly ask that you strictly quarantine after taking your test until the date of your arrival.

    You will also be required to pass a rapid test upon arrival, which we will provide free of charge.

    If you are not able to obtain a Covid test beforehand or if you do receive a positive result, we will sadly have to ask you to attend a retreat another time.

    COVID is no joke, and the health of our participants is of utmost importance. We appreciate your cooperation.

  • Hey, Arianna here! I’m a friend of Dara’s and your keynote for Bloom. Writing bios for yourself feels kinda icky, so I’m tackling this question.
